Honestly, there are a ton of Qigong teachers on the web. That is a lot of competition vying to get students to try their wares.

I have been a practitioner since 1995, and have been teaching, as a career since 2006. I am also certified by the American Tai Chi and Qigong association with over 5000 hours of teaching experience.
Now, just what is it that I do? Well, my style incorporates a mix of traditional exercises, Qigong form and Qigong principles. I teach the path of Qigong based fitness that worked for me.
The methods I use are very eclectic, a mix of movements, techniques and movements that work to calm my mind, increase my agility and flexibility and help me feel better. Do you want to feel better? If so, then what I teach may work for you as well.
